Job summary

Western States Envelope and Label Company in Erlanger, KY seeks an Offset Jet Press Operator to set up and run a 2-color high-speed press in a climate-controlled facility. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience, with first raise and raises every 90 days to top rate.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation, 401k with company match, and 9 paid holidays. 1st shift runs Monday-Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with overtime opportunities possible.

Qualifications

• One year or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Manual dexterity and steady handling of equipment.
• Strong initiative and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a 2-color high-speed press, adjust ink and water roller pressures.
• Visually inspect product, feed envelopes, and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Maintain machine speed, keep accurate counts from run to finished product.
• Clear paper jams and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to Lean specifications for cleanliness and safety.
