Job summary

Flooring Services LTD in Texas is seeking a motivated Edgebanding Offloader to ensure smooth material flow between saw operations and edgebanding equipment. You will stage parts in the correct sequence and help keep production moving.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to meet hourly and daily production targets, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position.
• Ability to distinguish between different wood species.
• Ability to identify and differentiate laminate paper colors.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, including measuring tapes and calipers in metric dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet hourly and daily production goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials between saw operations and edgebanding equipment while maintaining proper product sequencing and timely delivery to internal customers. Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and manual handling of products.
• Work in a factory setting where the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators, may be required.
• Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions, including machinery, noise, and production equipment.
