Offline - Store Team Leader (Store Manager)

The Store Team Leader is the leader responsible for the daily operations and performance of an AEO OFFLINE store. You are entrepreneurial, coach and develop a high-performing team, drive store results, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving results: maximize store productivity, drive sales, and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. Own and manage the store’s business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Business innovator: analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions to achieve store financial goals.
• People leader: recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team; develop store leadership through training, feedback, development plans and annual reviews; promote internal opportunities.
• Teamwork culture: establish clear goals, uphold brand standards, hold the team accountable, and celebrate strong performance daily.
• Brand standards: maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards, oversee floorsets, merchandising adjustments and replenishment; ensure the team keeps the store guest-ready.
• Workforce management: optimize scheduling by evaluating traffic and payroll, ensuring payroll alignment with business needs and maximizing top talent to deliver a great guest experience.
• Integrity: make fair compensation decisions, meet Asset Protection standards, comply with AEO policies and procedures, and act with integrity at all times.
