Offline - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

Role Overview

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you will ensure products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you will also support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, embodying AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work each day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product flow by processing shipments, replenishing stock, executing markdowns, and merchandising effectively and promptly.
• Manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, strategize, and take corrective actions.
• Support team tasks beyond stock management and assist guests when necessary.
• Adhere to safety standards, follow Asset Protection policies, and comply with all company procedures.
