What we are looking for?

We are seeking a founding Offline Marketer with 6-7+ years of experience to join Freed's elite marketing team. This individual will be a highly creative and data-driven entrepreneur with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated offline marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness and lead generation through traditional channels, taking ownership from 0 to 1.

What will you be doing?
  • Plan, budget, and execute a wide range of offline marketing initiatives including audio/podcasts, television, out-of-home advertising, and print ads.
  • Develop and execute targeted direct mail campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Plan and execute industry conferences and sponsorships in partnership with the B2B marketing leader.
  • Design and implement creative, cost-effective, and experimental offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to optimize future initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment of offline marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
