We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Securities & Derivatives Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Fund Accounting Analyst 1/2 - C09/C10) based in Gurgaon, India. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end trade processing and settlement across equities, fixed income, FX and complex OTC products, strong capital market knowledge, hands‑on experience with the Aladdin platform, trade life cycle processes, post‑trade operations, corporate actions, collateral management, fund order processing, interest payment processing, cash & stock reconciliation and reference data management.

Key duties:

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests.
• Generate and match trade confirmations according to the ISDA templates.
• Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time.
• Coordinate transaction processing issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Handle client counterparties inquiries, delivering high quality service.
• Follow established procedures to minimize breaks and track metrics.
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations and record retention activities.
• Assess risk, driving compliance with laws, rules, regulations and internal policy.

In the C10 role you will also be expected to:

• Work effectively in a high volume / high risk environment.
• Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products.
• Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, recommend process improvements.
• Analyze reports, assist in control activities and launch of new services.
• Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies.
• Assess risk in business decisions with ethical judgment and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant 3–7 years of experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies.
• Proven ability to perform concurrent activities in high‑risk environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
