Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an Officer, Custody Securities & Derivatives Analyst (Hybrid) to join the Custody Operations team. The role involves a high-level review of work processes and supporting custody and funds operations.

Ideal candidates have custody experience, a fundamental understanding of funds products, strong multi-tasking and communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred for Custody or funds Billing Operations, Custody Operations, Settlement Operations areas.
• Fundamental understanding of Custody and Funds products, basic accounting principles.
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities and contribute to projects or process improvement in a high-risk environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of excel based reconciliation, use of various smart tools of excel.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting

• The role is part of the high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. Management may decide to add/change additional roles as and when deemed necessary for the continuity of business.
