Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support warehouse operations. You will schedule deliveries, track loads, and ensure on-time arrival and proper product setup to help customers sleep well.

You’ll record delivery issues, complete manifests for contractor settlements, and collaborate with internal teams while following safety policies and company standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years related experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and city/outlying areas.

Responsabilités

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.

• Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy of ticket management system.
• Print accurate pick lists.
• Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• 1+ Years related experience required

Compensation

• Competitive pay range of $18 - $19.50 hourly.
• * *Actual pay is based on documented and verified relevant work experience and does not guarantee employment for any specific period.
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the Company’s discretion for eligible roles, including leadership and individual contributor positions.
