Mattress Firm, Inc. is seeking an Office Warehouse Assistant in Medley, FL to support warehouse operations and help ensure on-time delivery and product setup. The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and adherence to safety policies within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, maintaining ticket accuracy, and coordinating with contractors. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with MS

• 1+ years related experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
