Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support our delivery and logistics operations in Roswell, GA. You will schedule deliveries, record issues, and prepare manifests to ensure on-time contractor settlements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed deliveries and re-delivery issues.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Ensure safety policies are followed in warehouse operations.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Support ticket management and assist with process improvements.
