Office Technicians perform a variety of difficult clerical duties in support of their assigned program area.
**These positions work around inmates and will speak with inmates on a regular basis.**
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.

California State Prison-Sacramento is a high-security male institution located in Folsom, CA. Employees may be in close vicinity of inmates and visit various areas within secured housing units.

Minimum qualifications will be verified prior to interview or appointment. Education proof, such as unofficial transcripts or diplomas, must be included for verification. Applicants new to CDCR or DJJ must undergo background checks via Live Scan Fingerprinting and Tuberculosis testing before appointment, with annual testing thereafter.
