We are a locally owned and operated home health care company that has been providing high-quality non-medical care to seniors and veterans since 2004. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Administrator to join our administrative team.
This position is located at the front entrance desk of our main office and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and experienced in both customer service and administrative support.
Position Summary:The Office Support Administrator will be responsible for front desk reception duties, answering and directing calls, assisting with scheduling, and supporting overall office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in visitors and direct them to appropriate locations or staff
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct department or individual
Assist with daily scheduling and coordination of field staff
Support scheduling team with problem-solving related to call-offs and shift changes
Process employee time-off requests and update schedules accordingly
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Perform general office support tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and scheduling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other scheduling or documentation software
Experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, or holidays
