• One to two years of experience in a supervisor role.
• Have high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Will acquire the skills within 4–6 months.

• Ensure accurate billing, coding, and verification of insurance.
• Manage staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
