What you will do:

The Supervisor of Physician Practice is responsible for the efficient daily operations of the assigned office. This includes hiring and supervising support staff, overseeing day-to-day practice operations such as maintenance of Medical Records, Human Resources Management, property and facilities, billing, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, JCAHO, and DOH requirements. All job functions should be performed courteously and professionally, consistent with the core values of St. Peter’s Health Partner’s.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor administrative and clinical systems supporting patient care.
  • Facilitate collegial relationships between care teams.
  • Manage human, fiscal, material, and facility resources.
  • Support, plan, implement, and evaluate program goals and policies aligned with St. Peter’s Health Care Services and patient-focused care.
What you will need:
Experience:
  • At least three (3) years of successful management experience in a hospital or medical office practice.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Effective communication skills, both speaking and writing.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and respect.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education:
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Pay Range:

$19.20 - $25.58 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.
