OhioHealth Lancaster OB/GYN department seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage office staff, and ensure efficient patient flow. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization.
Day shift, 40 hours weekly. Requires High School or GED, excellent communication, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, with 1–2 years in team leadership, preferably in a medical setting.

High School or GED (Required)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ). Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. 1 2 yrs. related Experience as Team Leader or supervisor with 6 yrs. progressive, related Experience , preferably in a medical setting.
