Shipping Office Staff (Bilingual: Vietnamese, Chinese, or Thai Required)

Location: Fremont, CA On-Site

Job Type: Full-time | 1st Shift

Pay: $21.50/Hour

A leading global electronics manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Shipping Office Staff Member to join our team. This position plays a vital role in managing domestic and international outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, distribution centers, and internal teams.

Note: Fluency in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Thai is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outbound shipping transactions including PGI, RTV, RMA, and sales returns
• Coordinate LTL, international, and domestic shipments using FedEx, UPS, DHL, XPO, and other platforms
• Ensure all international shipments meet ISPM15 export requirements (SLI forms, HT pallet verification, export declarations, etc.)
• Communicate with carriers for BOLs, shipping statuses, PODs, and scheduling
• Assign GPS tracking devices to outbound loads and monitor return logistics from distribution centers
• Prepare and verify shipping lists (pull/match lists) and assist with final cross-checks before loading
• Receive materials from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment per order requirements
• Maintain inventory and supply levels for GPS devices, bolt seals, and other shipping supplies
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to prioritize urgent shipments or rework returns
• Perform SAP transactions related to rework/de-kit and assist in cycle counts and physical inventory events
• Maintain documentation and perform regular audits of outbound equipment and materials

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Thai
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using carrier websites and shipment portals is a plus
• SAP or ERP system knowledge is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for extended periods
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
