Job summary

RRD is seeking an Office Services Associate to deliver back-office support for our clients and teams. Responsibilities include reprographics, mail, intake functions, and related hospitality/facilities support, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires at least a year of office services experience in a corporate environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year office services experience in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
  • Skilled in use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
  • Familiar with general back office procedures to meet client satisfaction.
  • Proven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Must meet deadlines and complete projects on time.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential documents and information.
  • Able to make independent decisions within business needs and policy.
  • Good problem-solving skills and know when to elevate issues.
  • Must work well in a team environment and with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work.
  • Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
  • Perform work in office services, primarily reprographics, mail and intake functions.
  • Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
  • Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
  • Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Prioritize workflow.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on own and others' work.
  • Load machines with paper, toner, supplies.
  • Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls when needed.
  • Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.
  • Adhere to company and client site policies.
  • Use equipment and supplies cost-efficiently.

Role Overview

The Office Services Associate is responsible for adding value in providing daily back office services for our client and teams. Services include but are not limited to reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments, with support for services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.

Job duties

Additional Information

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $20.53 - $28.70 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
