The Office Services Specialist (On Call) reports to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, Human Resources, or equivalent leadership.
The Office Services Specialist (On Call) provides office and mail services on a "floating" basis for roles where regular employees are out of office or during specific projects requiring additional coverage. Responsibilities include assisting with mail, reception, hospitality, facilities, copy/print, and similar functions. This position is based in a designated "home office" but may be dispatched to various client sites on short notice. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
The role aims to deliver high-level service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
