Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed always.
  • Complete Daily reporting.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Respond to client issues and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Operations Manager without delay
  • Prepare outbound courier shipments using computer or service providers.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain time, volume, and delivery records.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer care.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Complete daily inspections of the building
  • Other duties as assigned by customer and/or Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
