Job summary

Reeves Maddox in Colorado Springs is seeking an outgoing Office Representative to join our State Farm Agent Team. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships while providing excellent customer service regarding insurance and financial services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and capable of problem-solving. Requirements include a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license, both of which must be obtained. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in their career.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
