The position is customer-focused, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a smooth and seamless client journey, leaving a lasting positive impression on everyone who visits our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
  • Help customers feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
  • Answer questions, address worries, respect boundaries, and be sensitive to each person’s individual challenges.
  • Ensure positive customer experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of full-time customer service, reception, or personal customer service industry experience.

Job Details:
