Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking a Construction Project Engineer in the Indianapolis region to join our construction team and collaborate with the Project Manager on multifamily projects. You will coordinate activities, manage documentation, interpret plans, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Construction Management.
• Prior construction experience (1–2 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Role as Construction Project Engineer

As theConstruction Project Engineer, you’ll be an integral member of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management : Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
