Job summary

TamCare Services is seeking a Porter to maintain clean, safe, and presentable environments in a Class A office building in Miami. You will be responsible for lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways, ensuring a positive first impression for tenants and visitors.

The role offers $6 per hour, experience-based, with a 7:00AM–3:00PM shift and a Monday through Thursday schedule. No prior heavy requirements are listed beyond physical ability and dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must have a smartphone for clocking in/out and to communicate with area supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and hallways in a Class A office building.
• Restock restroom supplies and ensure all common areas are properly sanitized.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Your Role as a Porter:

As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Your work helps create a positive impression and ensures the building is clean, safe and presentable.

Your Responsibilities:
