Job summary

AgReliant Genetics is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to executive leadership. This role ensures seamless office operations, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates travel for executives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office operations role. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of executive assistant or office operations experience.
  • Experience managing vendors or supporting office operations preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Support Board and leadership meetings, including logistics and materials.

Job Summary

Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leadership while overseeing office operations and facilities coordination. This role ensures efficient day‑to‑day operations of the office, including vendor management, travel coordination, and workplace logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support Board and leadership meetings, including logistics and materials
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including catering and scheduling

Office Operations & Facilities:

  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and office services
  • Manage service requests and elevate issues as needed
  • Support office space planning and day‑to‑day workplace needs
  • Track basic operating expenses and vendor performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of executive assistant or office operations experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience managing vendors or supporting office operations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with leadership
