Job summary

Ruehl North America Inc. is seeking an Office and Operations Manager to oversee logistics, customer service and project coordination in a hybrid role based in Troy, Michigan. The position supports daily operations, order fulfillment, and process improvements across U.S.

and German teams. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in operations or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order fulfillment process from entry through delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely order updates; resolve shipping issues.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and monitor inventory with logistics providers.
• Track project milestones and deadlines; support implementation of new processes.
• Assist with office administration, meetings, travel, and documentation.
