Job summary

Superior Screen Porches is seeking an Office Operations Manager to bring order to chaos and build scalable systems. You will connect homeowners, sales, installers, and vendors, ensuring projects move smoothly from sold to installed to a 5-star review.

This role frees leaders to focus on growth and people development, while you own daily operations with autonomy. You’ll manage schedules, improve workflows, and protect project timelines, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience that

Qualifications

3+ years in a busy office environment coordinating multiple projects, schedules, people and/or operations simultaneously.
Experience supporting field service, construction, home services, or a project-based business is preferred.
Comfortable juggling changing priorities while keeping customers informed and projects moving.
Materials ordering and inventory management.
Managing multiple calendars and moving pieces without things falling through the cracks.
Experience handling customer questions, concerns, and expectations with professionalism and humanity.
Experience with Jobber, QuickBooks Online, or similar business software.
A track record of improving the businesses you've worked in—not simply maintaining them.

Responsibilities

Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, communicating with homeowners, and verifying upcoming jobs.
Solve problems as construction schedules shift and delays occur, maintaining calm and clarity.
Improve processes and communication to drive efficiency and better outcomes.
Adapt to daily changes and help resolve customer concerns quickly.
Own the systems that support sales, installation, and post-project follow-up.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Own

Your average week will probably feel something like this...

Approximately 45% | Keeping Projects Moving

You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with homeowners, prepare upcoming jobs, verify materials, and make sure every project is ready before crews arrive.

You'll constantly be asking:

"What does this project need next?"

Approximately 25% | Solving Problems

Construction is dynamic.

Weather changes.

Permits need more info

Materials get delayed.

Schedules shift.

Customers have questions.

You'll be the calm, steady voice helping everyone move forward with confidence.

Approximately 20% | Improving the Business

Experience:

3+ years in a busy office environment coordinating multiple projects, schedules, people and/or operations simultaneously.
