This position executes high-quality punch-list work, small-scale framing, and detailed finishing tasks to keep our residential single-family builds moving forward without delay. You are the hands-on fixer who steps in to handle specialized builds, site adjustments, and crucial handyman work to ensure every home meets our exacting standards.

What OBSERVABLE Behaviors Should We See EVERY Day?
Safely operating power tools while wearing proper personal protective equipment (eye and ear protection).
Strapping down loads, checking hitch connections, or carefully backing up a utility trailer on a job site.
Reviewing daily task lists and logging completed job site photos on a smartphone or tablet.
Measuring, cutting, or fine-tuning trim and hardware with a focused, detail-oriented approach.

- Live up to Team 2020's culture and core values.
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry, hardware installation, and general handyman repairs across active job sites.
- Safely load, haul, and maneuver trailers loaded with tools, equipment, and building materials to designated sites.
- Execute warranty work and pre-closing punch list items with high attention to detail.
- Inspect work completed by trade partners to verify it aligns with our quality standards before final sign-off.
- Conduct routine upkeep, inventory checks, and basic maintenance on assigned company vehicles and tools.
- Coordinate daily job assignments and material needs directly with the Senior Installed Services Technician.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites according to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
- Document completed tasks, daily progress, and material usage in our project management software.
- Communicate proactively with site Superintendents regarding job progress or delays.
- Receive and verify job site material deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Troubleshoot unexpected field challenges quickly to avoid project downtime.
- Attend weekly team meetings and participate in ongoing safety and trade skills training.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Achieve an On-Time Purchase Order Completion Rate of 95% or higher by completing assigned daily work orders on schedule.
- Maintain a DDR & Rental Punch List Call-Back Rate of under 5% by ensuring punch list items are completed right the first time.
- Maintain an On-Time Job Site Arrival & Prep Rate of 100% or higher, arriving fully equipped with required tools and materials.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher on warranty and punch list work.
- Maintain 100% compliance with weekly vehicle and equipment safety inspections.
- Resolve urgent job site punch list items within 48 hours of assignment.
- Ensure company assets are in good working order and keep a 100% inventory rate.
- Maintain an on-time and prepared presence at all required weekly meetings.
- Attend bi-weekly all-team meetings at Headquarters
- Provide feedback every week by end of business on Friday on your morale, stress, and workload using the Team 2020 Command Center.

Schedule:
- Full Time (45+/- hours)
- 8 hour shift (extra hours as required)
- Monday to Friday (extra hours as required)
Supplemental Pay:
- Production Pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Western North Carolina: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required, at the applicant's expense).
- Must have or be ready to acquire a full size pick up, and if needed- a bed extender to handle 16' materials.

- Mid-Level to Proficient
- Field Experience (Construction) Required (one year minimum)
