Job summary

The Delaware River Port Authority Police Department invites college students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Lindenwold, NJ. Interns will gain real-world experience supporting the Office of the General Manager and PATCO projects, with a focus on data handling, Excel reporting, and communications.

Positions are paid at $20.00 per hour, 40 hours weekly, for 10 weeks (June 7–August 13, 2027). Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, reside within DRPA’s Port District, and

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Office of the General Manager staff on operational items.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets, documents, graphs, and reports for analyses.
• Collaborate on PATCO-related projects under the Project Manager.
• Use software to post train schedules and messages on LCD screens.
• Scan data/reports for electronic filing and improve data access.
• Organize employee files and paperwork for easy retrieval.
• Participate in departmental activities and training sessions.
