ODDS supports individuals with disabilities through community-based, person-centered services, promoting fulfillment and meaningful lives. The ODDS Business Operations team handles IT, data, contracts, fiscal matters, and program support for services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight, direction, and supervision to ODDS Business Operations managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with multiple agencies within ODHS, including budget, finance, contracts, procurement, and IT departments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license or alternative transportation plan.
  • Seven years of supervisory, management, or related experience.
  • OR four years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Working Conditions
