Role Overview

The Strategic Account Director leads strategic sales initiatives to expand the Nemetschek portfolio. Responsibilities include account planning, team coordination, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Primary contact for key clients, identifying sales opportunities proactively.
  • Developing account plans, strategic sales approaches, and facilitating team efforts across brands.
  • Opening new doors, building relationships, and generating business for all Nemetschek products.
  • Building sales pipelines and managing opportunities through sales cycles.
  • Educating customers about product offerings and capabilities via marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for customer success.
  • Maximizing revenue and profitability for large strategic accounts.
  • Working with product, marketing, finance, and sales operations teams.
  • This senior sales role requires a 'hunter' mindset, focusing on acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce and sales analytics for tracking and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes is essential.
  • Expected travel up to 50%.
