Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine's Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Howard County is seeking an Office Medical Director to lead clinical operations and uphold the highest standards of primary care for our patients. You will collaborate with Johns Hopkins nurses and leaders committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.

This full-time role includes 32 hours of clinical work and 8 hours of administration, dedicated medical assistant support, a CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and bonus

Qualifications

• MD License in Maryland required.
• CPR Certification required.
• 3 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and uphold the highest standards of primary care for our patients.
• Coordinate with Johns Hopkins nurses and leaders to maintain patient-focused care and teamwork.
• Provide strategic direction for clinical quality and patient experience.

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for an Office Medical Director to join our Howard County practice. Johns Hopkins Community Physicians serves Maryland and Washington DC with over 40 locations.
