Under supervision maintains section information, creates and maintains office files and answers phone calls. Schedules meetings, tracks personnel training, certifications and licenses. Operates office machines, orders office supplies, maintains supply inventory. Uses computers and various software products in support of daily operations. Performs data entry, routes documents, composes simple correspondence and coordinates routine travel arrangements. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the procuring, receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools and/or equipment. Updates and maintains databases for work orders and inventory control. Assists with preparation of purchase requests and coordinates with senior Materials Management personnel. Assists with detailed research for materials, pricing, and availability to meet requirements. Performs pick-up of materials at multiple vendors in town efficiently and safely, as needed. Assists with processing receipts and purchase requisitions for reconciliation. Assists with property control including yearly property scanning and disposition of turn-in property. Updates and maintains historical files for work orders. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Pay Rate: $21.20
