Lawn Doctor is seeking a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care clients. Our office is located in Spokane Valley, off Sullivan & Trent. The Office Manager will handle phone calls, interact with customers and prospects, address inquiries and complaints, maintain customer data, provide price quotes, sell services over the phone, process daily paperwork, and oversee daily office operations.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starting, goal-oriented, and hardworking individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be friendly, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong technological skills are essential, including experience with multi-phone systems, texting platforms, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with industry-specific CRM software (training provided). Experience in managing social media, advertising, dispatching, routing, or customer service management is beneficial. Prior experience as an office manager is desirable but not mandatory.
