Office Manager - Sales Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager with a primary focus on supporting the sales process. This role involves a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and support the success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales activities.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update customer information, sales leads, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly.
- Manage internal and external communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
Organization:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events related to the sales process.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales-related materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data entry and database management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
Location: This is 100% remote but you need to be able to work US est times.
