We develop and implement advanced intelligence technologies to protect vessels, personnel, and maritime environments.
We are seeking an Office Manager/People Assistant to ensure our St. Pete office runs efficiently. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, overseeing office resources, coordinating office activities, managing supplies, scheduling meetings, organizing corporate events, and supporting staff. The role is vital for maintaining a positive, organized, and professional workplace. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork and morale boosting.
Typically Monday-Friday, but may require after-hours or on-call support due to 24/7 operations. Additional pay may apply for out-of-hours work. This is a Public Trust position requiring background checks and possibly a DoD security clearance. Access to EAR and ITAR regulated information is required, and applicants must be U.S. persons.
