Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:Serves as the Office Manager for the International Biomedical Regulatory Sciences (IBRS) program, providing high-level oversight of program operations, student management, conference/webinar management, financial management support, and program administration logistics. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating administrative and operational functions that support program delivery, student success, and revenue-generating activities.
Acts as a strategic partner to program leadership, exercising independent judgment to develop, implement, and improve processes, ensure compliance, and optimize operational performance. Oversee student activities, conference/webinar logistics, support financial and administrative systems while guiding staff and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
Work is performed in an office setting with frequent computer use. Occasional light lifting and extended periods of sitting may be required.
