Enterprises International LLC(EI) seeks an experienced Office Manager (hybrid- Cleveland, OH) to provide data management, file organization, administrative, and professional customer service support for our growing insurance claims adjusting business. The role will begin with an important and foundational project for the business: to establish a digital file management system that organizes all company and client paper and digital files into a streamlined system for easy, remote access by EI staff and field agents.

This is a hybrid role. You will work remotely for the majority of your hours and on-site once weekly in our Cleveland, OH office. You will work directly with the CEO in a positive work environment that thrives on organization, professionalism, and proactiveness.

  • You are proactive and have strong project management and organizational skills, operating with a high standard of excellence and organization in all endeavors.
  • You have experience working in the insurance and/or claims industry.

  • You are an experienced pro at working virtually.
  • You are available to work during normal business hours. You will work on site in our Cleveland office a minimum of one day each week.
  • You have your own computer/laptop with reliable internet access.

Administrative Tasks

  • Establish and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for company documents and customer accounts. Ensure the paper and electronic filing systems are coordinated for optimal and consistent workflow.
  • Establish and maintain CRM to track new customer contracts from intake to close.
  • Maintain various company and client records and documents.
  • Sort and triage mail.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • General administrative support for the CEO, as needed.

Client Service Tasks

  • Maintain CRM to track new customer contracts from intake to close.
  • Provide oversight of customer contract flow to ensure both EI appraisers and the customer complete their action steps on time.
  • Customer service and troubleshooting on email and phone.
  • Client intake (contracting, invoicing, follow-ups, and related).
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the brand and its product and service offerings.
  • Insurance claim/adjuster software: CCC, ClaimLeader, AdjustRite, Vista
  • Microsoft Office
  • Zoom

Estimated Hours Per Week: 10 - 15 hours/week

Competitive hourly rate ($14-17/hr based on experience and skills) with possibility for bonus after 90-day performance review.
