Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative and HR experience with payroll
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure accurate records and onboarding
• Perform light accounting and support office financial activities
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Manage payroll changes including hires, promotions, and terminations
• Maintain personnel files and HR system records
• Assist with recruitment efforts and job postings
• Support Workers’ Compensation and OSHA compliance as needed
• Handle front desk responsibilities and vendor invoice processing
