  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, office equipment upkeep, and filing Systems.
  • Create and maintain checklists, forms, reports, and tracking spreadsheets for quality items.

The Office Manager plans and directs all accounting and administrative activities on an assigned project or facility. This role directs all craft personnel administration activities on a project to include new hire sign-up, employee orientation, policy and procedure interpretation, and terminations. It also manages and supervises assigned project administrators responsible for certified payrolls, accounts payable and receivables, partner billings, reconciliations, back charges, and field invoices. The Office Manager handles purchasing, inventory, operation, and upkeep of office equipment, maintains filing systems, creates and maintains checklists, forms, quality matrix, reports & tracking spreadsheets for quality items on the project as needed.

Office Manager Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years progressive business administration experi ence required, prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes.
  • Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage personnel.
  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or Vocational education desired
