Our client, a dynamic and close-knit Venture Capital firm, is hiring an Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at their San Francisco HQ in the Financial District! This is a key role supporting the team and keeping the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and guest reception
  • Greet visitors and monitor guest arrivals and departures
  • Answer and direct internal and external calls
  • Coordinate daily lunches and occasional breakfast catering
  • Maintain office supply and snack inventory, place weekly orders
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office shipments
  • Keep office, kitchen, and conference rooms clean and stocked
  • Support planning for internal events, meetings, and celebrations
  • Assist executive assistant team and leadership with ad-hoc tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of administrative or office management experience
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Calm and adaptable in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience managing vendors and office logistics
