Job summary

Grace Music School, located in Northport and Woodbury, is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination of private and group lessons. The role acts as the main contact for students, parents, teachers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include managing lesson schedules, communicating policies and events, and supporting enrollment and events.

• Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Support recitals, workshops, teacher performances, and other school events.
• Work closely with management on enrollment, retention, staffing, and operational goals.
• Perform light cleaning and general tidying of common areas, reception areas, classrooms, and lesson spaces.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective students and fielding new student inquiries by phone, email, text, website leads.

Grace Music School is seeking an organized, personable, and proactive Full-Time Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of private and group music lessons. The Lesson Manager will serve as an important point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and school leadership, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and that students and families receive an exceptional experience.

Required hours

• Monday - Friday, 1pm - 8:30pm
• Some Saturdays possible

The successful candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, communicates clearly, and has an interest in music education. Experience working in a music school, educational environment, customer service, or scheduling role is a plus.

Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)

Pay: $20-25/hour
