We are looking to hire an Office Manager For A CPA Firm to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

We are looking to hire an Office Manager For A CPA Firm to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Manage and Distribute Faxes
  • Maintain Filing Cabinets
  • Assemble Tax Returns
  • Log incoming work
  • Manage Staff Calendars
  • Mail Proposals to customers
  • Receive and post Customer Payments
  • Process credit card payments
  • Post AP
  • Run credit card payments & Batch Out Transactions
  • Answer phones
  • Print/review timecards and research/correct erroneous or missing time punches
  • AR/AP
  • AR Collections Calls/Statements
  • General Contractor Invoices/Payment Applications
  • Make quarterly estimated tax payment
  • Review and mail/hand distribute W2’s
  • City Business License Renewals
  • Annual Corporation Renewal
  • Annual LLC Renewals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Possess 3 to 4 years experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Public Accounting Firm is a plus.

Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

40 hours per week

Will need to work Overtime during tax season: March to April 15.
