Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other Leadership staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including answering phone, drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior executive staff.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior executive staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies.
  • Manage building maintenance coordination, including the management and maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience
