We’re a local, third generation family-owned camera & imaging business that started in 1975.

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager with Bookkeeping experience. The job is a permanent part-time position with flexible hours. Enjoy working in a dynamic retail industry with a locally owned family business. Benefits include competitive pay, flexible hours, and a quiet, comfortable work environment in West Omaha.

Responsibilities

· Journal entries from Daily Sales
· Manage AP using BILL.COM.
· Manage AR
· Coordinate PR with our payroll provider
· Reconcile monthly credit card statements
· Assist with monthly P&L
· Assist sales staff with POS when necessary
· Create reports on various business metrics when needed
· Submit Instant-Savings claims to vendors
· Manage office phone calls, mail and correspondence
· Coordinate Physical Inventory cycle counts
· Track and maintain stock levels of office supplies

Skills Required


· Proven bookkeeping experience and a knack for numbers
· Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Proficiency with QB Online, MS Office, MS Excel
· Data entry skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to quickly learn other software applications, i.e. POS/Counterpoint
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organizational and computer skills
· Must adapt to new processes and procedures that eliminate waste and improve efficiency
· Ability to work independently without micro-management
· High school diploma/associate degree or equivalent work experience required


Pay: $20-$25/HR depending on experience.
Schedule: Flexible day shifts Monday-Friday on-site at our West Omaha Store.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
