We’re hiring an in-person Office Manager/Bookkeeper to keep our practice running smoothly – from overseeing administrative operations to managing QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities
1.Administrative & Office Management
3.Human Resources
oCoordinate with IT vendors and manage hardware/software needs (including case management systems)
oEnsure office space is well-maintained, clean, and safe for staff and clients
5.Client Service & Communication
oServe as a welcoming point of contact for clients and assist with scheduling
oFoster a warm, respectful, and efficient client experience
Qualifications
1.Required:
a.Prior bookkeeping experience, including proficiency in QuickBooks Online
b.Prior office management experience
c.Excellent organizational and communication skills
2.Preferred:
b.Experience working in a law office
c.Familiarity with Clio (or similar case management software)
