Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in accounting, client relations, and operational support. You will play a key role in supporting our legal clients, managing financial data, and ensuring efficient office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executive team with administrative and project management tasks
  • Daily processing of deposit slips and bank runs twice per week
  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare legal fiduciary reports for estates, trusts, and guardianships
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for attorney clients and their staff
  • Track billable hours and generate invoices using Mango Billing software
  • Organize case documentation, maintain accurate financial records, and monitor deadlines
  • Help streamline internal processes and support a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software (preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
