A leading company in Milwaukee is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, manage schedules, and support HR with onboarding. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing company calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls and emails.
* Organizing various company events.
* Coordinating travel arrangements.
* Processing mail and packages.
* Maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering equipment, managing vendor relationships,
* Overseeing facility maintenance and repairs.
* Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, coordinating customer visits, managing the reception area, and overseeing the tidiness of both buildings.
* Provide support to HR with employee onboardings and assist various Executives with the completion of expense reports.
* Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records.
* Excellent communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with staff, clients, and vendors.
* Problem-solving skills: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and finding effective solutions.
* Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and project management tools.
* Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly review documents and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work independently: Being capable of completing tasks and achieving goals without constant supervision or assistance from others, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and taking responsibility for one's own work.
