You will supervise administrative staff, coordinate office logistics, and implement policies with a focus on efficiency, teamwork, and professional development. Strong MS Office skills and law-firm experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience.
  • Prior law firm experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
  • Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Administrative & Legal Services Director and Scottsdale Managing Partner.
  • Oversees Scottsdale office support staff and productivity management.
  • Helps implement new policies and procedures in the Scottsdale office.
  • Assists with the hiring process for Scottsdale support staff.
  • Assists with onboarding for all new hires in the Scottsdale office.
  • Assists with training support staff as needed for Scottsdale office.

  • Manages expense reconciliation for Scottsdale office.
  • Plans quarterly events for the Scottsdale office with leadership.

Your Impact

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supervising administrative support staff, and maintaining an organized and professional workplace. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating office logistics, improving workflows, and ensuring the team has the resources and structure needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to and supports Administrative & Legal Services Director and the Scottsdale Managing Partner
  • Oversees support staff located in the Scottsdale office, including productivity management
  • Assists with implementing new policies and procedures in the Scottsdale office
  • Assists with the hiring process for support staff for the Scottsdale office
  • Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires in the Scottsdale office

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience

Compensation Package

  • The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - 95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits coverage offered, including plans available at zero employee cost (average annual employee contribution for health/vision/dental coverage is $700-1,700)

  • Employees receive a monthly technology reimbursement of $60
  • Employees benefit from a 401(k) program that includes a 100% match on the first 3% contributed and a 50% match on the following 4-5%
