Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4–5 years of related office, administrative, inventory control, or operations experience.
  • 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, operating instructions, procedures, and manuals.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and standard business software applications.
  • Ability to perform inventory calculations and basic math concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Safety, sustainability, and exceptional service are at the core of everything we do.Position Summary:The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the office and warehouse administrative functions to ensure efficient business operations. This role manages clerical processes, inventory purchasing and control, payroll preparation, correspondence, filing systems, and employee training programs.
