Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to help us efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our practice while ensuring exceptional patient care. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Sarasota Area for an Office Manager.

Position Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure efficient day to day operation and patient flow.
  • Motivate the team to achieve production and customer goals
  • Oversee patient experience, ensuring satisfied customer, positive reviews, and patient referrals.
  • Understand and monitor practice stats and reports.
  • Assist in the selection, orientation, and training of new team members.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in leadership meetings.
  • Create a culture of respect, accountability, teamwork, and fun.
  • Innovate and problem solve challenges that arise.
  • Provide documents and reports on deadlines and regular updates on opportunities and progress.
  • Back up where needed.
  • Communication with patients, suppliers, management, and co-workers.
  • Participate in direct patient engagement from phone call, greeting, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Oversee and assist with appointment calendars for multiple practitioners, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Oversee compliance and documentation, maintaining patient records in compliance with privacy and legal standard.
  • Process billing, handle insurance claims, and manage patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and medical products, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Assist with promotional and marketing efforts to grow the practice, including social media, patient referrals, and community outreach.
  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years medical office experience
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive and productive relationship with team and providers
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
